About Bianca

    I have lived in the White Rock, S. Surrey area for over 30 years. I attended Elementary and High School here.  I live in S. Surrey with my husband, daughter, 2 cats, a dog and a horse.

   The year 2000 was the turning point for me. I have always had an interest in Real Estate, buying, selling and building. I decided that for this next century I was going to make some changes. So, I followed my dream and started a brand new career, and have never looked back. I enjoy the people I meet and the thrill and excitement on peoples faces when they sell their properties or purchase a new property.

Ø    I am a people person, very dedicated to what I do. I don't stop until the job is done and done right.

Ø      I am constantly updating my knowledge with respect to the legalities and effective writing of real estate contracts, Strata Property Act , marketing seminars, legal seminars, business ethics courses, foreclosures, project marketing.

     I have also taught the Privacy Act at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.  I currently sit on the Business Practices committee at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
