About Bianca
I First moved to the White Rock, S. Surrey area 37 years ago and have called this community home ever since.
I have had the opportunity to live in other cities such as Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, West Vancouver and Los Angeles, but have always come back home to my favourite place to live. I attended both Elementary & High School here. I have seen many changes over the years.
The White Rock, S. Surrey communities are the best areas in the lower mainland to raise a family. I live here with my husband, daughter, 2 cats, a dog and a horse. My daughter competes in the Equestrian Show Jumping Circuit. So when I am lucky enough to have a day off from selling Real Estate, I am holding my breath watching her as she jumps a 1200 pound animal over those 3’6 jumps.
The year 2000 was the turning point for me. I have always had an interest in Real Estate, buying, selling and building. I decided that for this next century I was going to make some changes. So, I followed my dream and started a brand new career, and have never looked back. I enjoy the people I meet and the thrill and excitement on peoples faces when they sell their properties or purchase a new property.
Þ I am a person who is very dedicated to what I do. I don’t stop until the job is done and done right.
Þ I am constantly updating my knowledge with respect to the legalities and effective writing of Real Estate contracts, Strata Property Act, marketing seminars, legal seminars, business ethics courses, foreclosures and project marketing.
Þ I have taught the new Privacy Act at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and currently sit on the Business Practices Committee of the FVREB
My business background includes sales, business management, owner of a variety of service industry and personnel management businesses, marketing, franchise development and banking.
